My original meditation cushion is heavy and bulky. Normally I have to ship my pillow to where I travel because it takes up too much space in my luggage and is heavy. Recently, when I traveled to visit family in California, instead of shipping my cushion in advance, I packed my Mobile Meditator and took it with me. Inflating: Open valve, squeeze base of valve, blow or pump into valve – inflate to your desired size/firmness. Close valve.

Deflating: Open valve, squeeze base of valve, allow air to escape. Roll or fold cushion toward valve to force out air.

Packing: fold fully deflated cushion and keep in its case.

Cleaning: Wash with mild detergent and soft cloth. Allow to air-dry. Do not machine wash.

Safety: For intended use only. Avoid over-inflation. Do not use as a flotation device. This cushion is not intended as a toy for children.
Do not expose the cushion to flames or heat.
Avoid puncturing the cushion with sharp objects
